Q4: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A4: Unfortunately, you can’t cancel or modify your order once it’s paid by our customers as pawstag is automatically processing your order to our warehouse.
Shipping and Delivery
Q5: Where do you ship to?
A5: Our main shipping region is the United States. However, we do offer some products that can be shipped worldwide. You can find out if a product is available for international delivery by entering your address at checkout.
A6: We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
